Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, accessories, and jewelry.
Process for Returns
- Email support@shop.liluboutique.com with your order details and photos of the defective product.
- Once approved, securely pack the item and follow the provided return instructions.
Refunds
- Refunds for approved returns are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt and inspection of the product.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credits or directly to your bank account through a shared payment link.
International Returns
Due to logistical challenges, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. For defective items, contact support@liluboutique.com with evidence for resolution.
Order Cancellations
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellation requests are accepted only before the product is shipped.
- To cancel an order, email support@liluboutique.com or call +91 6281 921 240 with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Prepaid order refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
LiLu Boutique-Initiated Cancellations
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Unavailable stock
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Issues identified by our fraud prevention department
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed promptly.
