Eligibility for Returns

  1. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with tags intact.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, accessories, and jewelry.

Process for Returns

  1. Email support@shop.liluboutique.com with your order details and photos of the defective product.
  2. Once approved, securely pack the item and follow the provided return instructions.

Refunds

  1. Refunds for approved returns are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt and inspection of the product.
  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credits or directly to your bank account through a shared payment link.

International Returns

Due to logistical challenges, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. For defective items, contact support@liluboutique.com with evidence for resolution.

Order Cancellations

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  1. Cancellation requests are accepted only before the product is shipped.
  2. To cancel an order, email support@liluboutique.com or call +91 6281 921 240 with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  3. Prepaid order refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

LiLu Boutique-Initiated Cancellations

  1. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
    • Unavailable stock
    • Errors in pricing or product information
    • Issues identified by our fraud prevention department

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed promptly.
